An update to Support Dynamo has been released which updates you to version 1.10.25. All Support Dynamo users should see an update notification in their WordPress > Plugins page shortly. To update to the latest version go into the plugin and select Support and if your account is “active” you will be prompted to update.
Alternatively, you can login to your PluginDynamo.com account and download the updated version manually.

Added Knowledge Base Articles into the default WordPress loop, to help some themes show the Knowledge Base Archives + Individual Posts better.
Fixed Ticket Link that’s sent out in ticket update email.
Knowledge Base code improvements.
Added new Knowledge Base stats tracking for – Article Views and Search Terms.
– Added Knowledge Base stats to Support Dashboard.
– Knowledge Base stats also sent in the weekly email.
If you have more than 1 Email account added, the name of the account will now display in ticket view.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you experience any account or update errors after updating to version 1.10.25, be sure to go to the account tab and just click on update e-mail to refresh your account status with the server.
