An update to Support Dynamo has been released which updates you to version 1.10.32. All Support Dynamo users should see an update notification in their WordPress > Plugins page shortly. To update to the latest version go into the plugin and select Support and if your account is “active” you will be prompted to update.
Alternatively, you can login to your PluginDynamo.com account and download the updated version manually.
New In v1.10.32
Ability to add custom text inputs to the submit ticket form, can be found under settings > input fields.
New setting on the General Settings tab to enable the automatic capturing of a customers resolution, os, browser and ip.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you experience any account or update errors after updating to version 1.10.32, be sure to go to the account tab and just click on update e-mail to refresh your account status with the server.
