An update to Support Dynamo has been released which updates you to version 1.10.40.
New In v1.10.40
Update to Capture Customer data feature.
Added “Select Your Support Page” option on settings – required for the link in the Front End support bar to be correct.
Added a login form on the view/create ticket pages if support system is set to private and user is not logged in.
Improved Browser and OS detection.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you experience any account or update errors after updating to version 1.10.40, be sure to go to the account tab and just click on update e-mail to refresh your account status with the server.
All Support Dynamo users should see an update notification in their WordPress > Plugins page shortly. To update to the latest version go into the plugin and select Support and if your account is “active” you will be prompted to update.
Alternatively, you can login to your PluginDynamo.com account and download the updated version manually.
