We have quite a big update releasing today for Support Dynamo, be sure to read all update instructions below.
New In v1.10.65
New Feature – Added new Support Dynamo ticket widget. We’ve added in a new widget that you can access from the Appearance > Widgets area of WordPress. That can be dragged and used on Any Sidebar you have active. It will show the current logged in users Open tickets, and if not logged in will show a login form.
New Feature – Tickets by email, you can now set the topic for tickets created from individual email addresses. 1 Topic per email address, you will find the topic drop down next to the email settings. If none selected default is “Other”.
Fix – Admin View Tickets Topic Filters, there was an issue with WordPress 3.8.1 where the topic filters had stopped working. These are now resolved.
Fix – Roles & Capabilities – Again issues arose with WordPress 3.8.1 which have now been resolved all Roles & Capabilities and Role filters should now work correctly.
Fix – Ticket Quick View Buttons – WordPress 3.8 new stylesheet was causing the reply/cancel buttons to be hidden on quick view. This is now resolved.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you experience any account or update errors after updating to version 1.10.65, be sure to go to the account tab and just click on update e-mail to refresh your account status with the server.
All Support Dynamo users should see an update notification in their WordPress > Plugins page shortly. To update to the latest version go into the plugin and select Support and if your account is “active” you will be prompted to update.
Alternatively, you can login to your PluginDynamo.com account and download the updated version manually.
